Customer Care Representative

Job Description

Position Details:

  • Qualification: Graduate with at least 1 year of international customer service experience.
  • Location: Gurgaon
  • Shifts: 5 days rotational shifts with 2 rotational days off.
  • Work Mode: Office-based (work from office)
  • Salary: Up to ₹28,000 in-hand
  • Transportation: Both side cab facility provided.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B2 Level proficiency (select 8/9 quality) OR
  • AMCAT score above 65.

Interview Process:

  • HR Screening
  • AMCAT Test (minimum score of 65)
  • Operations Round
