Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts through varied marketing strategies and channel partner coordination.
  • Oversee channel partners to achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Facilitate partner onboarding, training, certification, and commission processes efficiently.
  • Boost revenue in strong-performing segments while encouraging growth in weaker ones.
  • Develop and maintain a robust investor database via channel partnerships.
  • Regularly update partners on product changes and pricing information.
  • Explore and target new markets for direct clients both domestically and internationally.
  • Create and implement effective sales plans for all real estate assets.
  • Manage direct client inquiries originating from marketing materials and signage.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers to secure agreements.
  • Serve as a key contact between clients and the company to manage relationships.
  • Monitor market trends in real estate and gather relevant competitive insights.
  • Consistently reach or exceed sales performance targets.
