Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales through various marketing initiatives.
• Manage channel partners to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & commission disbursal for channel partners.
• Boost revenue from performing categories and motivate non-performing ones.
• Develop a strong investor database through channel partners.
• Regularly update channel partners about products and pricing.
• Identify potential markets for direct clients in India and abroad.
• Define and implement sales strategies for all properties.
• Handle direct inquiries from advertisements and hoardings.
• Make sales presentations to key decision-makers.
• Manage extensive client relations, liaison between the organization and clients.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and gather market intelligence.
• Achieve targets set by the organization.
