About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to support and enhance our identity management infrastructure as a part of the Cyber Security team. The role involves managing ForgeRock IDM-related tasks, ensuring the security of sensitive information through efficient incident management and system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Level 2 incidents and service requests related to ForgeRock IDM.
• Support identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and synchronization workflows.
• Monitor IDM system performance and conduct regular maintenance.
• Configure connectors with systems like LDAP and Active Directory.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose permanent solutions.
• Document configurations and incidents for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide training on IDM functionalities.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization; PG: Any Postgraduate.
• 1+ years of experience with ForgeRock IDM; total 5 years in IT preferred.
• Proficient in REST, LDAP; knowledge of JavaScript, Groovy, Shell/Python is a plus.
• Familiar with SQL/NoSQL databases and application servers.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and task management skills.

Work Environment

Rotational shifts with on-call support. Work from office.
