• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Basic understanding of statistics and statistical modeling.
• Deep knowledge of retail demand and fulfillment processes such as inventory allocation, replenishment, merchandising, product attribution, pricing, promotions, and clearance.
• Familiarity with GitHub and API creation is an added advantage.
• Ability to translate business use cases into structured product modules.
• Excellent grasp of core business processes and workflow fundamentals.
• Effective in verbal and written communication with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Capable of performing root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Demonstrated ability in abstract problem-solving and conceptual thinking.
• Able to manage pressure, multitask, and deliver results within tight timelines.
• Experience with database management and issue resolution techniques (detection, reporting, and analysis).
• Prior product development or product-oriented work experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a strong academic background.
