Junior Support Engineer

Job Summary

This position entails the continuous monitoring of active projects to guarantee seamless progress and timely resolution of client questions and technical challenges. A key aspect of the role involves configuring the MissionOS platform to align with specific client needs and offering expert support to empower clients in their utilization of the system. Teamwork is crucial in this role, requiring close collaboration with colleagues and coordination with senior team members to address issues and maintain clear lines of communication. Detailed record-keeping and well-annotated support logs are vital for ensuring transparency and facilitating smooth handovers between different work periods. Beyond technical duties, you will be responsible for the scheduled distribution of product updates and relevant information to all involved parties, ensuring that everyone stays informed about significant developments..

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will manage the timely dissemination of pre-planned product updates and communications to all relevant stakeholders, keeping everyone informed about important developments.

Work Details

  • Rotational shifts covering mornings, evenings, and nights based on business requirements
  • Five-day workweek with compensatory offs linked to shift schedules
  • Work location: MGS India office, Marine Drive, Kochi
  • Shift allowances applicable for all shift timings
  • Cab facility available within Ernakulam city limits
