Primary Duties

• Lead the deployment of AI-based solutions ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and localization.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support by resolving simpler issues and escalating complex problems to product and tech teams.
• Collect and document user feedback to guide future improvements and updates.
• Conduct training sessions and develop learning materials to empower trainers and end-users.
• Analyze deployment data, generate detailed reports, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with state administrators and internal teams to boost adoption and resolve technical challenges.

Essential Qualifications & Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical support, deployment, or project management roles.
• Experience with AI applications, preferably in public health, agriculture, or education sectors.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Excel and Power BI.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to lead training sessions both virtually and in person.
