Software Engineer – Motion Business System Drive

Location: Bangalore, India

This role contributes to the Motion Business System Drive division, focusing on software engineering across development, quality assurance, testing, DevOps, cybersecurity, and release management with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate independently in the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Write well-structured, maintainable code with appropriate documentation.
• Apply software architecture principles and design patterns to improve modularity and maintainability.
• Collaborate effectively within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in web application development using Microsoft technologies such as Advance C#, .NET, .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, and database scripting.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like NUnit, XUnit, and unit/integration testing methodologies.
• Understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, REST, and SOAP communication protocols.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficient English communication skills.
