Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in the US shift timing efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide high-quality customer support and resolve queries with patience and clarity.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team targets while adhering to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience continuously.

Job Details:

  • Shift: US Shift
  • Work Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 days rotational off
  • Salary Range: INR 15,000 to 4,00,000 per annum (take-home) plus incentives
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months relevant experience
  • Industry: BPM / BPO
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
